Deep fried tender Basa coated in our house made breadcrumbs. Served over fettuccine in a lemont infused Alfredo sauce and crowned with a traditional gremolata topping (lemon zest, lemon juice, chilli flakes and olive oil). Pair it with a crisp white like our Catarratto from Sicily or our Gewurtztraminer from Germany. 😋
