Inspired by this turn in the weather we’ve created this beautifully comforting dish.
We’ve marinated then slow roasted several legs of lamb until they were falling apart from the bone. We then made a tasty stock from the bones, reduced it and incorporated it into our delicious sauce. Served over fettuccine and crowned with Parmesan petals this is as comforting as a thick, warm duvet on a cold winters night.
