Pork Cheeks are Back!!!
We've lovingly braised pork cheeks in a tomato/red wine base for 6 hours until they were melt in your mouth tender! We then reduced the braising stock to make the sauce for this beautiful dish. Served over fettuccine and garnished with Parmesan petals. This feature pairs beautifully with some of our heavier reds like the Corral de Campanas or our baby super Tuscan, Aia Lagone.
