Located in the picturesque Perron District, Luisa Risto has operated in the City of St. Albert for over 16 years.

In January 2019, Luisa's changed hands. Your new hosts are Ed and Cindy and they are passionate about food, wine and unforgettable service. Their dream has always been to open a fun, small family-run trattoria where they can share great food and wines with the community.

Street parking is available and additional free parking is available in the parking lot behind the building. Feel free to come in through the back door.

Sauces include our gluten free tomato sauce, Alfredo , Rose and gluten free Ragú sauce. Our Italian sausage is 100% gluten & nitrite free and made with lean ground pork, available in packages of six or in containers of sausage grind.
